How our pricing works
Espai.AI pricing has two simple parts: a monthly per-device fee and a small monthly fee for each automation we build and run for you. There are no license tiers to negotiate and no hidden setup charges.
Volume-based per-device pricing
Every device running the Espai.AI agent is billed at a flat monthly rate. That rate drops as you add more devices, because larger deployments give the AI more signal to work with and are more efficient for us to support:
- Starter — €100/device/month for up to 10 devices.
- Growth — €80/device/month from 15 devices.
- Scale — €70/device/month from 30 devices.
You are placed on the plan that matches your device count, so scaling up automatically lowers what you pay per device rather than adding a premium.
Per-automation fees
On top of the per-device fee, each live automation carries a small monthly charge — from €5 to €18 per automation depending on your plan. You are only charged for automations that are built, approved and actively saving you time. The higher your plan, the lower this fee, and there is no cap on how many automations you can run.
A quick example
A team of 20 devices sits on the Growth plan: 20 × €80 = €1,600/month for recording, analysis and dashboards, plus €8/month for each automation in production. Against 20+ hours saved per person each week, the automations typically pay for themselves several times over.
