How does Espai.AI actually save me time?
A lightweight agent silently records how your team really works — system events and user actions across every app. The AI reconstructs your workflows and pinpoints exactly where time leaks away: repetitive data entry, app-switching, copy-paste and waiting. What exactly does the agent record?
It captures the desktop and system events and user actions needed to understand your processes — the sequence of what happens, in which apps, and how long each step takes. It all stays on your own infrastructure, and you can scope, pause or stop recording at any time.
Do I need to map my processes or fill in questionnaires?
No. There are no workflow interviews or process-mapping workshops. You install the agent and it starts learning your real processes automatically — that's the whole point.

Pricing is €70–100 per device a month depending on your device count, plus a small per-automation fee (€5–18/month). What if I don't see any savings?
Then you don't pay. You're only billed once automations are live and demonstrably saving your team time. If we can't deliver results, there's nothing to pay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts, so you can cancel whenever you like — though most clients see enough savings that they never want to.
Why is pricing lower right now?
Espai.AI is in its pilot phase, so current prices are lower than they'll be at general availability. If you join now, your rate is locked in — existing clients keep their pricing for a full year after any future change.

How quickly will I see results?
Most teams start seeing savings between the second and fourth month, depending on sector and process complexity. The AI needs a little time to analyze your workflows and build effective automations, and you'll get detailed reports showing exactly how much each one saves.
How complicated is the setup?
Not complicated at all. We handle installation, configuration and automation development end to end. You don't need any technical knowledge — just tell us when you're ready to start.
What support do I get?

Is my data safe and private?
Yes. Your recorded process data stays on your own systems and is never seen by humans — only the AI processes it, purely to build your automations. It is never sold or shared. If we ever wanted to use it for anything else, we'd ask for your explicit permission first.
